The Organizational Change Management Essentials (OCE) certification provides participants with an understanding of transformational leadership and change. This is accomplished by supplying practical, hands-on tools to participants who will collaboratively work together on specific exercises. Designed at the foundational level, OCE will deliver the core concepts and practices intrinsic to organizational change management.
